Seminario DAS: The SDSS-V Local Volume Mapper: After Nearly One Year of Survey

Abstract: The SDSS-V Local Volume Mapper has now been in operation for almost one year, and with it, a wealth of scientific discoveries is anticipated. In this talk, I will summarize the current status of the LVM, focusing on observed tiles and the data products emerging from the pipelines. Finally, I will discuss the scientific research we can pursue, primarily (but not limited to) topics related to stellar populations and their interaction with the nebular component in the Milky Way and the Magellanic Clouds.
