Seminario DAS: "What matter(s) around galaxies?"

Abstract: I will provide an overview of the circumgalactic medium, with emphasis on new results obtained using the novel technique of "gravitational-arc tomography", developed by our ARCTOMO group. I will then outline the objectives of our ongoing ESO Large Programme, which will quadruple the existing tomographic data.
