Resumen: Maps of the cosmic microwave background radiation have established the standard cosmological model to high precision. Further observations can probe fundamental physics in a variety of ways. I will review current physics results from the Atacama Cosmology Telescope, and discuss the path forward with the new Simons Observatory. One particular example is probes of the cosmic velocity field, which can constrain the properties of gravity on cosmological scales; I will present some recent results and prospects for velocity measurements.
